Meeting

Automated Transcription, Summarization, and Protocol Generation for Expert Meetings

Meeting

Overview

The Meeting feature is designed to automate the creation of meeting minutes, protocols, and executive summaries for expert advisory boards and scientific meetings.
This tool enables users to quickly process, summarize, and extract actionable insights from audio or video recordings of meetings.

How It Works

  1. Upload your audio or video recording of an expert meeting, board, or scientific discussion, or regular team meeting.
  2. The system will automatically process the file and generate several output blocks:
    • Full transcript of the meeting (verbatim text)
    • Extended summary — a detailed, structured overview of key points, discussions, and decisions
    • Short summary — a concise, “at-a-glance” version highlighting only the main outcomes
    • Custom output — information tailored to your request (generated based on a prompt you choose or write)

All results are saved in Microsoft Word Online — each block is delivered as a separate section, making it easy to review, share, or further edit.

User Customization

Prompt-Based Analysis:
The most powerful aspect of this function is the ability to customize the way information is extracted and summarized.

  • Use one of the pre-filled prompts (please see below our predefined editable promts) to quickly generate standard sections (e.g., “Key Recommendations”, “Unresolved Issues”, “Action Items”).
  • Edit existing prompts or create your own to match the specific needs of your company, therapeutic area, or meeting type.
  • Flexible Output:
The system will follow your prompt for the “Custom Output” block, generating whatever summary, extraction, or protocol you define in natural language.

Key Benefits

  • Automated workflow:
Instantly transcribe and summarize meetings — no manual note-taking or post-meeting editing required.
  • Editable and customizable:
All prompts can be adapted by the user, allowing full control over the structure and depth of each report or protocol.
  • Standardized, professional output:
Receive consistent, ready-to-share protocols and summaries in PowerPoint format, with the ability to further edit or brand the content.
  • Supports complex meetings:
Particularly useful for expert boards, investigator meetings, internal scientific committees, and other settings where detailed documentation and actionable summaries are critical.

Typical Use Cases

  • Generating official protocols and resolutions from expert advisory boards or medical congresses
  • Creating summary for internal debriefs, management, or publication
  • Documenting multi-stakeholder meetings, workshops, or panel discussions
  • Rapidly producing Q&A, action points, or thematic extracts from complex discussions
